UPDATE: Meridian Improvements through May 2021
The City of South Pasadena continues to implement improvements along Meridian Avenue, and SMART Families
On October 13, SMART Families submitted a letter for public comment to the City of South Pasadena Planning Commission regarding a remodel/reconstruction project planned at 1312 Meridian Avenue, just a couple of houses up from the high school and on the east side of Meridian. It involves some demolition and a new addition. Please note we are not against the project.
